Privacy Policy

Summary: Atmos Speaker & Sound Test does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything the app does runs locally on your device.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for, gather, or process any personally identifiable information. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, crash-reporting services, or any third-party tracking technologies.

How the app works

All audio diagnostics, test tones, spatial tests, and calibration are generated and performed entirely on your Apple TV. The app reads only your device's current audio-output configuration (such as the connected route, channel count, and sample rate) in order to display diagnostics to you. This information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Demo content

The "Demos" section can play publicly available Dolby Atmos demonstration videos that are streamed from their public source (for example, dolby.com). When you choose to play such a video, your device makes a standard network request to that public source to stream it. We do not share any personal information with those sources; such requests are subject to the third party's own policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because we do not collect any.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It contains no accounts, no user-generated content, and no communication features.

Your purchase

The app is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. Any payment, billing, and refund handling is performed entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and terms; the developer does not receive your payment details.

App Store privacy label

Consistent with this policy, the app's App Store privacy label is declared as “Data Not Collected.”

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
