If you grant permission, Skyview uses your Apple TV's approximate (city-level) location once, on your device, only to center the map near you. It is never transmitted to us — Skyview has no server.
Live aircraft positions are fetched directly from the community network adsb.lol (Open Database License). Your requests go straight from your Apple TV to that service; we never see them.
Skyview is a one-time paid purchase handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
